Way to Happiness

As far as I am attached with the word happiness I realized that happiness lies within. It's deciding for yourself by yourself. As per the research, the people who are happy lives longer than people who are unhappy in their life. You can find many reasons to be unhappy and sit all day long thinking why do you exist in this world.

What is Happiness

It is the feeling which should be truly enjoyed by every individual from the core of their heart. It is the only medium to build yourself in the world full of problems. There is no one in this world who could make you happy if you yourself do not want to. You can smile, laugh at the jokes that is being passed, but being happy is something different. It something that depends on you.



What makes a person a happy person?

A person whom you find is happy, follows a strategy of not giving attention to the negative things that is being said by different people. Ed Diener, the psychologist, has spent decades researching what makes people happy.  He identified the five factors that contribute to happiness which are: social relationships, temperament/adaptation, money, society and culture, and positive thinking styles.


Ways to be happy

  • Eliminating toxic people - The best way to stay happy is to cut off all the toxic people's from your life. This could sound strange but if you give a deep thought to this process you could find out why. 
Suppose, you wake up one morning, you are in a  happy mood, feeling fresh and energetic, murmuring your favourite song feeling loved and suddenly your phone rang. You picked a call murmuring a song in your head and started having chit chat with the person other side on the call. You are still in happy mood, He is upset as usual,
Repeating that he is the unluckiest person in the world, nothing can be changed, blaming life and passing all the negativity, suddenly you start getting into it by recalling all the past uneven event that took place and shook your head. The song that was playing in your mind suddenly replaced by playing the video of that event. Now, the energy within you getting low and the day which was started in a happy mood turned to unhappy one.

It is as same as someone is yawning and suddenly you start yawning too. It is a kind of virus which affects your brain and send the message to your subconscious brain. The brain has the super power of listening all the things that goes in the background. And you start feeling low. Staying away from these kind of people could bring a change in your life.

  • Watch cartoons - Watching cartoons or animated movies can relax you your mood. This could help you in developing your creative thinking. It can bring smile to your face, relax you mood, develop learning new languages and many more.

Go in a flashback, do you remember how you love watching cartoons all day without getting bored. Live those days again to cherish yourself. There is a child which is hidden in you. Most of the people think that watching cartoons is so childish, but how does it matter if it could bring smile on your face.

Every adult living on this planet has the hidden childish character in them. Think of the time when you are with your loved one's and you share your feelings with them. You start behaving like a child or think when you are with a kid you start behaving like a kid. That is because

  • Believe in yourself - You must have heard this from your childhood days. Believing in yourself could create wonder's in your life. What ever your goals are be it to graduate with a good grades or to buy a Hardly Davison's bike or the dream of your life. Believe, believe in yourself. Have faith in you. If you want the world to believe you, start with yourself. 

  • Be optimistic - Think positive no matter what the situation is. Having a positive attitude can change your living style, how the things are and how you react on ot. Remember, of one door closes the other opens. Look for the good in every thing you do.

  • Be crazy enough - There should always be some fun in your life and by being crazy you could feel happy and make others happy as well. Indulge yourself in some crazy activities or workshops which can change your mood and leave you relaxed.

  • Listening to music - Music impacts our brain in whole different manner. Try out listening instrumental music this will make you more calm and relaxed. Also, listening instrumental music will let you concentrate more when studying.

"Do what makes you happy is freedom, liking what you do is happiness". By applying some of these methods could bring a drastic change in your life which will make you a better person as well as a happy person.
