5 ways to survive in the competitive world

In the world full of masses, you will easily find people who tries to pull you down, judge you for no reason, curse you, talk behind you and this way the life goes on. Eventually, you are left out thinking about the  mindset the world carries.

You must have noticed, there’s always someone who wants exactly the same thing you want. The job you are looking for, that hot guy or a girl you want to ask for a date, or even that last slice of pizza in the box. Someone else got their eye on them too.

Competition is today's truth, and to exist in this world you need to face it with rock solid determination. Be determined towards your work, work hard and take every step in a smart way. In the journey of your life you will face obstacles in your every move. Now here, the challenges comes in the way. Most of the people think of giving up right there. But this will take you nowhere. Instead, take a break from your work and just relax for sometime. Give it a chance again and again till the time you achieve your target. Sticking to your set goal will not only  polish you from inside but will bring the best out of you.

Read about successful people's lives stories you will catch one thing common in all; they gave most of their time in researching and analyzing about the particular thing. They gave years to polish their understanding. Hard work is the root for all the successful people you know today. Once you have an extensive knowledge about any thing, you will automatically start playing smart roles.

Five points to Remember in the world of sameness

You snooze, You lose : We all have the habit of procrastinating. This will always pull you one step back from growing in life. Try to set an alarm in your mind to be more focused. Call off your each day by learning at least one new thing that can bring you closer to your goal.

"Work hard in silence and let success be your noise"

Believe in yourself: This is the another key point to focus on. To believe in yourself, first you have to believe that what you want is possible. Build a trust within you, believe that you can do, regardless of what anyone says or where you stand in life now. Retrain yourself to get rid of your fears and self-doubt in order to build self-esteem and self-confidence.

Escape excuses: Esacape the blame game. People say they don't have much time for their personal development. In one of the research, it is found that an average person spends about 4 hours on social media daily. 4 FREAKIN’ HOURS from the whole 24 hours. This could be reduced to 1 or 2 hours a day. The point is that we probably have time but we choose to use it in another fashion. Remember, every problem has a solution. So, if you find any then try to find out the solution instead of playing the blame game.

Be Curious : Never stop questioning. Curiosity is an important trait of a genius. Thomas Alawa Edison, Leonardo da Vinci, Albert Einstein, Richard Feynman, they are all curious characters. Richard Feynman was known for his adventures which came from his curiosity. Be curious enough to ask questions to deepen your understanding. Try to get to the essence of things by knowing why. It's fun.

Break out of your comfort zone : A person’s “comfort zone” is called that for a reason: It’s comfortable and safe. Many times your own comfort zone can also be a place of stagnation — one that keeps you from seizing opportunities for growth, just because it involves something unfamiliar. It’s natural for our minds to resist change. Trick your brain to take actions in the tiniest steps  Take small steps to come closer to your goal. This approach will boost your confidence, and motivate you to stick and achieve the result you desire.

"The healthiest competition is when an average people win by putting above an average effort.”

One should always be aware of his competition, but beware of the disease of being competitive simply to prove you’re better than others. That’s narcissistic and self-destructive. The healthiest competition is the competition with yourself. Nobody needs to lose for you to win. Set the bar for yourself. To meet your own standards and expectations you should channel your competitive fire. Be the driver on your journey to success.

Way to Happiness

As far as I am attached with the word happiness I realized that happiness lies within. It's deciding for yourself by yourself. As per the research, the people who are happy lives longer than people who are unhappy in their life. You can find many reasons to be unhappy and sit all day long thinking why do you exist in this world. What is Happiness It is the feeling which should be truly enjoyed by every individual from the core of their heart. It is the only medium to build yourself in the world full of problems. There is no one in this world who could make you happy if you yourself do not want to. You can smile, laugh at the jokes that is being passed, but being happy is something different. It something that depends on you. What makes a person a happy person? A person whom you find is happy, follows a strategy of not giving attention to the negative things that is being said by different people. Ed Diener, the psychologist, has spent decades researching what makes peo...
